Week 31
Your baby is the size of a coconut!
Fun Fact!
Your uterus has now expanded to about four inches above your belly button.
Dos and Don'ts
  • Do stay active unless you’re experiencing swelling or pain
  • Don't do strenuous exercise or strength training that could cause an injury to your stomach
What should you expect in Week 31?
  • Your fundal height is the “distance from the pubic bone to the top of the uterus measured in centimeters,” Mayo Clinic reports.
  • And according to The Bump, yours is roughly 30 centimeters or so, at 31 weeks, making a lot of your daily activities a little more difficult.
  • And at 31 weeks, or seven months, your baby’s five senses are fully intact while their brain and nerves continue to develop!
  • If you’re considering getting a 3D/4D ultrasound done, nows the best week to do so!
  • You may even catch them find their thumb or in the middle of a smile or a frown!
  • And hopefully at this point, your little one is head down!
